Due to past club losses caused by
no shows and birds left over that could not be returned, the following policy
has been adopted with regard to Entries:

All Entries Must be paid one week before the Event. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

In the case of "No Shows", CREDIT TO A FUTURE
EVENT will be made on the following basis:
o
Birds left over from "No Shows" may be sold by
the Club, in which case the money realized will be CREDITED to the Entrant.
o
In the case of two or more no shows, moneys will be divided
equally among entrants and remaining birds will be dispersed on a first come
first serve basis.
o
Unsold birds may be picked up by the Entrant within two
days of the event, or they will be disposed of by the Club, and no CREDIT will
be made.

Regarding the Fees for Pheasant Shoots. The $30.00 Fee will
include 3 Birds. Those wishing to have more than 3 birds in the field when they
are running, may do so at the cost of $10.00 per
additional bird.
·
Please understand that the event volunteers will take all
possible safeguards to ensure that birds are handled and planted properly,
there is no guarantee that you will harvest all birds you paid for.
